Shahabuddin, Reporter || Two young men were found dead on a road in Shajahanpur upazila of Bogura early Tuesday, with police suspecting that they may have died in a motorcycle accident.The deceased were identified as Ashikur Rahman, 22, son of Shahidul Islam of Holidaboga village in Sonatala upazila, and Mujahidul Islam Samiul, 30, son of Sirajul Islam of Swaradhankuti area in Gabtali upazila.Ashikur was a student, while Samiul was a businessman.The incident occurred around 3:00am on Tuesday at Nishchintapur Charmatha area on the Lichutala-Matidali Second Bypass Road in Shajahanpur.According to police, locals spotted the bodies lying in the middle of the road and informed Shajahanpur Police Station. Police later went to the spot and recovered the bodies.Sub-Inspector Abdus Salam said it was not immediately clear how the accident occurred or whether the two were hit by another vehicle.The circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated, he said.Police are trying to determine whether the two men were involved in a motorcycle crash and whether another vehicle was involved.
