Ashikur Rahman Ashik, Reporter || The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has approved an open investigation into allegations of corruption and irregularities against former Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan.The decision was taken at the commission’s meeting on Wednesday.According to ACC sources, a four-member investigation team has been formed, headed by ACC Deputy Director Zahid Kalam.The team will investigate allegations of corruption and irregularities involving various activities of the Youth and Sports Ministry during Asif Mahmud’s tenure. The probe will focus on allegations related to different operations and activities of the ministry, ACC sources said.
