Monir Hossain Patwari, Reporter || Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Commerce Affairs Secretary and former lawmaker Salauddin Ahmed has died while undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka. He breathed his last on Tuesday night.His death was confirmed by his eldest son, Tanvir Ahmed, member secretary of the BNP’s Dhaka South City unit.The news of his death has cast a shadow of grief over BNP leaders, activists and well-wishers. Further details regarding the cause of his death and arrangements for his funeral and burial were not immediately available.
