Police arrested 53 people during separate raids on two spa centres in Dhaka’s Gulshan area on Wednesday night, accusing them of involvement in alleged immoral activities.According to Gulshan Police Station, the raids were conducted between 8:00pm and 9:30pm at Gulshan One Salon on Road 24 and Hot Stone Spa on Road 99.Of those arrested, 24 are men and 29 are women, police said.Gulshan police said legal proceedings against the detainees are underway.Dhaka Metropolitan Police said its operations against alleged immoral activities at such establishments will continue.
