Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Saturday joined the Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026 at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre in Agargaon, Dhaka.The three-day Bangladesh Innovation Fair 2026 began in the capital on Saturday (September 12), bringing together innovators, startup founders and stakeholders to connect innovation with policy support, industry, investment and market opportunities.More than 100 innovators and startup founders are taking part in the fair, showcasing over 1,000 innovations, according to Zahidul Islam Rony, deputy press secretary-1 to the prime minister.The fair aims to create stronger links between innovative ideas and the policy, industrial, investment and market opportunities needed to turn them into practical solutions and businesses. The event will continue for three days at Novo Theatre in Agargaon.
