The training covers areas such as Tax, VAT, Fund Management, Practical Accounting, Costing, Budgeting, Excel, ERP Systems and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, which have become increasingly important in modern workplaces.Alongside technical training, the academy also focuses on communication skills through regular public speaking practice, helping members improve presentation abilities and prepare for job interviews.The organisation operates through four zones in Dhaka and a separate committee in Chattogram, where regular group studies, networking activities and career development programmes are conducted.
