Legendary Bangladeshi actor and filmmaker Nayak Raj Razzak is being remembered today, August 21, on his death anniversary.Razzak, widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in Bangla cinema, passed away on August 21, 2017, at the age of 75. His career spanned several decades, during which he appeared in numerous acclaimed and commercially successful films.From the 1960s, Razzak became a household name through his performances in films such as Neel Akasher Nichey, Jibon Theke Neya, Rongbaz and Ananta Prem. Beyond acting, he also made significant contributions as a filmmaker.His distinctive screen presence and lasting contribution to the country’s film industry earned him several national honours, including the Independence Award. On his death anniversary, Nobokal family pays tribute to the legendary actor whose work continues to remain an integral part of Bangladesh’s cinematic heritage.
