Popular television acting couple Fakhrul Bashar Masum and Mili Bashar have returned to Bangladesh after spending an extended period abroad and have already resumed their acting schedules.The couple, known for their natural and widely appreciated portrayals of parents on television, recently completed shooting for the single-episode drama ‘Rumale Gatha Bhalobasha’, directed by popular filmmaker Sagar Jahan.Written by Kamrul Ahsan, the special drama also features Tutiya Yasmin Papia, Irfan Sajjad and Parsa Evana in important roles.Sagar Jahan generally prefers directing scripts written by himself. However, he made an exception for this project after being impressed by Kamrul Ahsan’s story.Speaking about the drama, Fakhrul Bashar Masum said he became busy with work soon after returning to Bangladesh.“I recently completed the shooting of ‘Rumale Gatha Bhalobasha’ under Sagar Jahan’s direction. It is a beautiful and refined story. Sagar usually works with stories written by himself, so I believe he must have been particularly impressed by Kamrul Ahsan’s story,” he said.Masum added that he plays the father of Parsa Evana’s character and expressed hope that audiences will enjoy the drama when it is released.Mili Bashar said she returned home after spending 50 days travelling in Canada with relatives and quickly became involved in acting projects again.“I really enjoyed working on Sagar Jahan’s drama. Masum, Irfan, Parsa and everyone else in the team worked with great sincerity. We are now waiting for the drama to be aired,” she said.According to the production team, the drama will be aired soon on a private satellite television channel and an online platform.
